1. Accepting These Terms

By using Hey Grok, you agree to these terms. If you're using Hey Grok on behalf of a company, you're agreeing on their behalf (and you better have permission to do so!).

2. Using Hey Grok

You can use Hey Grok for:

  • Getting help with coding, writing, research, and learning
  • Generating creative content
  • Automating tasks and workflows
  • Building applications via our API

You can't use Hey Grok to:

  • Generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Violate others' intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to bypass safety measures or extract training data
  • Use for automated decision-making that affects people's rights

3. Your Account

Keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account. If you notice suspicious activity, contact us immediately. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your Content

You own what you create with Hey Grok. Your inputs remain yours, and you have rights to the outputs generated for you. However, similar outputs may be generated for other users asking similar questions - AI doesn't create truly unique content for each person.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices may change with 30 days notice. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are available within 30 days for new subscriptions.

6. Limitations

Hey Grok is an AI assistant, not a professional advisor. Don't rely on it for medical, legal, or financial decisions. While we strive for accuracy, AI can make mistakes. Always verify important information from authoritative sources.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with notice. We're not liable for service interruptions.

8. Termination

You can close your account anytime. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you can request your data for 30 days before it's deleted.

9. Disputes

We hope we never have to go here, but if disputes arise, they'll be resolved through binding arbitration under California law. Let's try to work things out first though!
